Storyline Revival Process:

• Simply fill out and post the form below. Anything in parenthesis should be removed upon submission.  
  
• RP Staff will decide & reply. 
  
• If the revival is accepted, RP Staff will move the RP &, if needed, the OOC thread & Character request thread to the proper forums.
