Quest License quest

This is where you apply for the quest and get your awards.

Quest:
This is a Quest License quest. All you need to do is this:

1. Have a character for which ever planet your wish to do the quests on.
   
2. Apply for the license for that character.
   

Awards: 500 RP Gold, 50 GP and your license with your character name on it.

License blank: (I may update this later.)
